One of our lobster was mushy and we have since learned that it is due to the lobster having gone bad (was dead for too long)! Management waived the cost for our soup and a new lobster was prepared. Needless to say it took a while to prepared the second one at which time we were no longer hungry and took it to go. Instead of showing genuine remorse, the manager was indifferent.
