Ordered a carafe of house red, a stater of the last order of mussels (a little salty, but we found that to be the norm in Sicily), and a primi piatti of house made pasta filled with ricotta, with some grilled eggplant on the side. All wonderful! Highly recommend. Wait staff incredibly friendly and helpful.

First thing to note is that they do not provide a menu in Englis... read more A couple of little things could make a big difference to the customer experience at this place. First thing to note is that they do not provide a menu in English or any other language. Ok that’s not a big deal, after all we’re in Italy, but it’s sets a tone. Luckily I can speak and read Italian, but it was inconvenient for my wife who can only speak English. So I guess they’re not interested in pleasing tourists. But there were other things about this place which left a bad impression. The service was apathetic, it was almost as if we were a nuisance, we didn’t feel particularly welcome. As for the food it was underwhelmingly average. It was also a bit pricey for what you got. €5 for 1 litre of mineral water gives you an idea of what’s in store. Would I recommend this place? Not really.
