Overall, the food is pretty standard and reasonably priced, unless you choose one of the specials. Our service today was outstanding, but to be fair, we were the only customers at the time! It’s a charming family-owned restaurant. The exterior may look a bit worn, but we weren't there for the appearance.
The restaurant has a delightful atmosphere, and the owners are incredibly friendly. The homemade food is fantastic!
Is anyone else concerned about potential health code violations? The food here is only mediocre, and the kitchen is extremely dirty (I have former staff friends who informed me). Even the dining area looks like the grime could be scraped off with a paint scraper.
Had the fried fish today and it was excellent! Highly recommend it! Cute restaurant and the service is wonderful, feel like you are visiting family.
