Right now the machine where you order seems to be broken, they have people taking orders at the front of the line to make up for this which is awesome. It did seem like they were training the person though and then the wait was really slow. They also told us to have a good day without giving us our drinks so we had to wait till they noticed us still sitting there to get em. Food was perfect otherwise and tasted exact... I hate the try to be like in n out, with a person taking orders in drive thru, your not that busy you end up creating a bigger slower line. You should worry more about order accuracy, and food quality then your drive thru times. I Ordered beef chalupa, i got chicken, which is gross.
