I ordered here by grubhub and the driver brought me someone else order and grubhub refused to grant a refund although they were due. I called panera and explained the situation and the manager (david, I think) was so friendly and offered me to remake my meal for me, although he did not have to and it was not her fault. excellent customer service and delicious food.
