My first time trying cookie Crumbl was yesterday. I went back to day to order again. The chocolate chip cookies I bought yesterday was hard. I told the guy that handed me my cookies today. When I ask if that’s how it’s suppose to be he said no and laughed with another co worker. Customer service should have been better. Personally I will not be returning to this location.
