My first time trying cookie Crumbl was yesterday. I went back to day to order again. The chocolate chip cookies I bought yesterday was hard. I told the guy that handed me my cookies today. When I ask if that’s how it’s suppose to be he said no and laughed with another co worker. Customer service should have been better. Personally I will not be returning to this location. I don’t understand why they don’t do the chocolate chips on top of the chocolate chip cookie that’s how it’s supposed to be, so disappointed
Love it i order a mini cookie and they gave me a big one ca they run out of the mini one
Live this location! Always clean, fast service, and less lines than other locations. Staff is super friendly and Crumbl is a new tradition in my home!
I ordered an Oreo cookie and got a plain chocolate cookie with no icing. How does that even happen?
