I'm glad Rubio's has stepped up and added an Impossible protein option to their menu which can be substituted to make any of their tacos, burritos or bowls vegan. Of course, ask to eliminate dairy as well. Their Impossible protein is seasoned well and is quite tasty. Now only if there were a vegan cheese option. View all feedback.

This place is horrible. I had a job interview and apparently the manager left before our interview meeting,I texted and got no response. So I waited 20 minutes before he made a shift lead come out to do the interview. They told me how they needed people at that location.
