I'm glad Rubio's has stepped up and added an Impossible protein option to their menu which can be substituted to make any of their tacos, burritos or bowls vegan. Of course, ask to eliminate dairy as well. Their Impossible protein is seasoned well and is quite tasty. Now only if there were a vegan cheese option. View all feedback.

This place is horrible. I had a job interview and apparently the manager left before our interview meeting,I texted and got no response. So I waited 20 minutes before he made a shift lead come out to do the interview. They told me how they needed people at that location. Just not impressed. Got the blackened Mahi tacos with beans and chips. Tacos were plain. Blacken seasoning had nothing to it. Beans were a brown mush.
So clean and the condiments are never low. Food is never pre-prepared. Great and friendly!
Really good 'fast food 's with quality ingredients. Sauce bar with good toppings for your taco differs them from others.
For a fast good restaurant, Rubios is a great choice for fish tacos ?. We had the pinto beans and their chicken tortilla soup. It has a little bite. Lots of food. Good choice for a Friday night.
My boyfriend and I get food here all the time since it’s his favorite place. The other day, we both got our usual. Immediately after eating mine I got a stomach ache and then later on got diarrhea. Seems like the quality of food is going down.
