It?s been a while since I visited this place. I came here today and ordered Katsu-don and Zaru combo. Pork meat was hard and no taste although rice is still ok. Zaru had a parchment paper under soba. Probably they want to omit to wash Zaru itself but unnecessary water from soba didn?t go through and soba became so watery. It made dip sauce weaken and didn?t taste nice compare to before.
