Yesterday, I visited The Milk Queen to grab a bite to eat and some ice cream. The staff there was friendly and very helpful. However, the food I ordered came out quite cold. When I tried to have it replaced, the staff seemed a bit hesitant. I then spoke with the manager, an Indian gentleman with many tattoos, who was incredibly courteous and efficient.
