The staff here is fantastic! I ordered a triple hot fudge sundae—definitely a guilty pleasure I hadn’t indulged in for years—and my server, who has been with the restaurant for 12 years, was incredible! I ended up enjoying every bit of my sundae while chatting with her. Thanks so much!

Wow, what an amazing experience! I arrived here after a long run, incredibly thirsty. The staff were incredibly friendly, and I really enjoyed the Summertime Sunset drink—cold and delicious! I'm practically drooling just thinking about it! The atmosphere was fantastic as well, with sunlight streaming in from the side and top windows; it felt almost surreal.

The restaurant was quite busy, but the service was quick, and my order was accurate. The cashier, even while wearing a mask, clearly had a smile on her face. My dessert was fantastic, and the strawberry and chocolate flavors were delicious. The management did a great job by scheduling extra staff, ensuring that everything ran smoothly. I appreciate the fast service and high-quality products. Thank you!

The service and food were excellent! However, the layout of the restaurant is quite unusual.

Yesterday, I visited The Milk Queen to grab a bite to eat and some ice cream. The staff there was friendly and very helpful. However, the food I ordered came out quite cold. When I tried to have it replaced, the staff seemed a bit hesitant. I then spoke with the manager, an Indian gentleman with many tattoos, who was incredibly courteous and efficient. He quickly resolved the issue without any further complications. I really appreciated the great work he does, and the rest of the team was quite good as well.
