What User doesn't like about Jimmy John's:
I called in July 2022 to place an order for four lunches for my friends. I was told that I needed to call 24 hours in advance for an order of that size. The person who answered the phone even chuckled and mentioned that this is what the manager requires. If this is how you handle customer orders, I would rather take my business elsewhere.
