By far the worst chipotle in this area, very stingy with the quantity of food when it’s so expensive, I also asked for some more chicken bc the lady barely gave me any, she proceeded to give me the chicken but would later charge me extra and it costed close to 20$ for one bowl!!! I don’t not recommend save ur money and go somewhere else. View all feedback.
The portion sizes don’t seem to have increased to reflect the price hikes; if anything, I feel like I'm getting less value for my money. A basic chicken burrito now costs nearly as much as a complete meal at a local diner, and let’s not even get started on the added charges for guacamole—it's frustrating! To make things worse, the service has not improved at all. You’d expect that with higher prices, they could provide better customer service or fresher ingredients, but unfortunately, that isn't happening. The experience remains the same, with staff rushing you through the line without any personal touch. Honestly, I’m beginning to question whether it’s worth it to keep eating at Chipotle. There are plenty of other restaurants where prices feel justified by the quality and service. Unless Chipotle reconsiders their approach, I might have to say goodbye. It’s a real disappointment!

I don't understand how a Chipotle can run out of so many items. When I went to place my order, they were out of queso and brown rice, and the food that was available looked really old. After seeing similar comments from others, it seems like this has been a recurring problem. It's unacceptable that so many people are complaining and yet nothing seems to be done. To make matters worse, the teenagers working there were playing loud music, and there wasn't enough food to serve the customers properly.
I had to spit out a lot of the steak because it was so tough and full of gristle. Plus, they ran out of forks, which made it tricky to eat a burrito bowl with just a spoon. On the positive side, the service was quick and friendly, and everything else about the meal was satisfactory.
I just ordered Uber eats from them. I asked for extra on different things in my order and did not receive what I had paid for. Please do better and be less stingy, Thank you.
