I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. I was told to wait 35 minutes for my chicken, which I accepted and informed them I would wait in my car. However, after 35 minutes, when I went through the drive-thru, I was told my order had been given to someone else because I hadn’t paid yet. The woman at the window insisted I hadn’t paid, but I explained that she had assured me it was okay to wait. I had expected to wait no longer than 25 minutes. Overall, it was a poor experience.
This was my first time trying KFC’s crispy chicken sandwich, and it was delicious! The sandwich includes mayo and pickles, with a slightly toasted bun. I also ordered a side of ranch for dipping.
They accurately fulfilled my large, complicated order without any mistakes. The food was cooked well, and the woman on the speaker was very clear. Overall, a great experience.
It was 9:30 PM when we pulled into the drive-thru. At the speaker, we were prompted to try their signature chicken sandwich. We asked to take a moment to decide, but when we were ready to place our order, we were informed that they were out of chicken. Seriously? This is a chicken restaurant (KFC) that has no chicken available! Incredible, especially considering they close at 10 PM.
I was informed that if I wanted to substitute any meat, it would take a 25-minute wait, which seems unreasonable, especially since I just wanted wings instead of thighs.
