Very very good. 3 course lunch was absolutely superb. A ragout of local venison and a trout dish were both excellent to start with. Magnificently tender and tasty beef cheeks and a loin of to follow. Beautifully presented and full of flavour. Deserts were good too. Pleasant and attentive service. No wonder they win awards. We live an hour away but it's well worth the drive. Will be back for sure. Tonight my partner and I spent over all around $200 on 3 courses and drinks for a very disappointing meal. Very hard dry potatoes, sent back but still paid for them as they didn't seem to care if we ate them or not. Meals with piklets, waffles with just meh flavours.
