The bubble tea is too watery, the tapioca pearls are too hard and stale. The customer service is TERRIBLE. That lady always messes something up like giving the wrong drink and forcing me to take it. She is very rude and yells whenever I ask her questions about the drinks she sells. This is absolutely the WORST bubble tea in town.
