Bad experience today. My Burrito was great. It is extremely difficult to talk to anyone after your order. Very claustrophobic in there. My wife had a problem with her food, we asked twice about it, but nothing happened. We finished our food and went before it was dissolved. Probably not come back for a while. View all feedback.

TL;DR ridiculous wait, boring soggy food, and sweet but vapid wait staff... great twist donutHaving been in the service industry, I try to be understanding of things like being busy.. and for good food, I'm willing to wait. The women running the counter were sweet and mostly on top of things but they couldn't seem to agree on what things were in stock.. and I wanted the meal to go, but they didn't even ask.. so then when I got the drink in a dine in cup, realized she didn't hear me say to go.. and then I waited 45 minutes for soggy and boring French toast, flavorless eggs, and mediocre sausage... they also didn't give silverware or tell you where to pick it up.. the donuts are fire ? though so if you don't mind a 10 minute ordering line, those are worth that wait..
My daughter and I both found hairs in our food, which was only somewhat good to begin with. The teenage staff was unprofessional on many counts. The cashier was dismissive and rude and leaning on the counter the entire time she was taking our order. When I ordered a bear claw which was listed on the menu she barked we don 't have that at me and then rudely corrected me about the name of a similar looking donut which was in the case but not listed on the menu. She and another teen girl working there loudly held a conversation just standing around the front counter when there were at least 2 tables that needed cleaning. The kitchen staff was so loud we could hear their entire conversation from the middle of the dining area. The whole experience was unsavory.
We placed a custom order for our daughter?s birthday party and when my husband arrived, the order wasn?t there. So we bought 4 dozen of the donuts they had available. About 30 minutes after he got home, one of their staff called and asked when I waspicking up the order. There was a mix up with communication and their staff member delivered the donuts to the park where we hadthe party! She went above and beyond and it made my daughter?s party wonderful. Everyone enjoyed the donuts and kept askingwhere I bought them. Definitely a great place for donuts!
I'm pretty sure this is new favorite spot! Came here after dropping off my kiddo for his first day of 1st grade. The coffee and donut were prefect for the full range of emotions. They have a large menu for breakfast and lunch. Coffee is great! Staff arewarm and friendly. This little shop is comfy and welcoming.
