In a world of fast food places everywhere and over priced dining next to them, Potbelly's is a cut above the crowd! I genuinely have a hard time picking from the menu because it's all so good. This potbelly has gone down the drain in terms of service. My last 3 orders have been wrong when I ordered here.I placed an order this evening and was charged for an add on that I did not get along with an item that I had asked to be removed due to allergy issues.All my issues have been with the evening staff.
