In a world of fast food places everywhere and over priced dining next to them, Potbelly's is a cut above the crowd! I genuinely have a hard time picking from the menu because it's all so good. And now with the closest WhichWich out of business, hopefully PB's gets even more customers to keep the doors open longer : View all feedback.
What De C doesn't like about Potbelly:
This potbelly has gone down the drain in terms of service. My last 3 orders have been wrong when I ordered here.I placed an order this evening and was charged for an add on that I did not get along with an item that I had asked to be removed due to allergy issues.All my issues have been with the evening staff. Won’t be ordering from here again which sucks because I love potbelly and it’s close to my house. View all feedback.

First time at a Potbelly. We were lured in with their Sandwich day deal. So glad we stopped. Loved the sandwiches! Will go again.
Ordered three sandwiches on DoorDash and none of them came with lettuce and tomato despite every image of a sandwich having lettuce and tomato.There was no mention that sandwiches don’t come with lettuce and tomato, and no way to add lettuce and tomato to the sandwiches.I am never ordering from potbelly again.
Great Customer Service. But the Bread look Stale. Something told me to walk away. 1st time here and last. Had the runs all nite.
Potbelly is a gem of a sandwich restaurant. Their sandwiches are a cut above the rest, with a wide variety of options to suit every palate. I've never been disappointed with their flavorful combinations and generous fillings. The cozy atmosphere and friendly staff make it a great spot for a quick, satisfying meal. They also have a great outdoor eating area.
