Steak N Shake - Terre Haute

What User likes about Steak N Shake:
The food was fresh and the service was fast and efficient. The staff runs like a well-oiled machine, with added car hop spots in the north parking lot and 3 outside tables available. The interior has been renovated and now includes kiosks for placing orders. Drinks are self-serve and there are no more waitstaff, they call it "eating now". What User doesn't like about Steak N Shake:
The restaurant had touch screen ordering, no ketchup packets, and robots serving customers. They were unable to accommodate simple requests like cooking eggs a certain way. The runny yolk was missing, which is a key aspect of the dish. Other than that, the food was delicious. View all feedback.
