I live in the Niagara region in New York, and whenever I am in the NNJ area, I make it a point to stop at Paulie when I can. Your pizza is the hands down my favorite, and that says something; WNY is famous for big pizza! I usually like a soft thick crust, definitely not a thin crispy type guy, and that's what her pizza is, but it's the perfect mix of crispy and chew.
