Amazing service today. I am usually in a hurry and mobile ordered some drinks. Apparently, they sometimes turn off mobile orders. It has removed a memory. What’s happening here? They used to have competent staff, but now every time drinks are served, they get the order wrong—handing you cold drinks when you ordered hot. Then they ask if you want to leave a tip? Absolutely not, no tip for such poor service. Out of seven visits, I’ve only been offered a beverage carrier once.
