I like choosing Chipotle since I can customize my meal and the food is always good. The servers at the food station were friendly. Cashier needs more training. Could not do math for customer before me when given extra pennies to reduce change. Honestly the worst experience at a chipotle. The employees were not friendly or inviting. The guy behind me was standing there for a long time and no one greeted him or told him they would be right with him. I placed an online order through the mobile app, and when I picked it up and brought it home, my burrito wasn't folded properly. As soon as I picked it up, everything fell out, and what remained tasted old and unappealing. I usually go to another location, but I chose this one since it was closer to me, and I won’t be returning. I was highly disappointed with the quality.
Absolutely disgusting! There were numerous food items unavailable, so I had to wait. The portions were also quite small. The cashier seemed more interested in their phone than serving customers and argued with me about charging for an entire side when I only wanted a small amount of sour cream. I reached out to corporate, but the only response I got was, "We'll do better next time." This location seems to be managed by a group of teenagers who clearly don’t care at all.

If you own this franchise I would send people you know and to see for themselves What kind of service your employees are offering.
The restaurant was extremely dirty! The service was terrible, and the staff seemed reluctant to engage with me. It felt like everyone there disliked their job. I won’t be returning to Chipotle again.
