Dirty floors, 15 mins to stand in a line while the cashiers check if they have the burger your ordering only to come back and ask what was your burger again? Really? The product also seems to be precooked naff. With so many good burger places in the CBD am just amazed how this one is even around? Won't be returning.

The b... read more What good is advertising that you have healthy burgers if the burgers are not delicious? I ordered the Crispy Bacon and Cheese burger with zucchini chips. The burger patty appear to be pre-molded and did not taste like pure/fresh beef. The bun was thoroughly toasted on the outside. This made the burger difficult to eat as the roof of my mouth was being scraped away by the bread and the contents of the sandwich was shooting out of the back of the bun since I couldn't bite through it. The definition of "crispy" must mean different things in different places. To me, it means to have a bit of a crunch in texture. Here it means they will cook your "bacon" a little longer than usual but it will still be chewy. But that's a Sydney thing. The zucchini chips were OK but as I finished them, I notice there was a pool of grease in the bottom of the cup they were served in. I appreciate that they were served nice and hot but a few seconds to drain them would not have been a bad thing. Overall, the food was palatable but simply not what I expected or desire. The employees were very welcoming and attentive from the time I entered to the time I departed so the customer service was the best part of this dining experience.

The staff was frie... read more My husband and I enjoy Grilld Burger and decided to have lunch there. I ordered the "Hot Bird" with fries and the food arrived fresh and hot. The staff was friendly and it was reassuring to see that the restaurant was maintaining proper COVID distancing measures.
