Was Charlie Laverdetson at Doma a mag?
The food at Quince in Eastgardens is delicious, especially the pear and raspberry bread and the superb coffee! The presentation and staff are amazing. However, the Quince cafe in Bondi Junction is a completely different story. The food is substandard and the staff are quite rude, resulting in a disappointing experience. View all feedback.
What Tatum Sporer dislikes about Doma:
We went there for a quick lunch/coffee and it wasn't enjoyable. Ordering was a bit slow as staff were trying to fix the ordering machine as it needed new paper roll. Had to repeat an order times. Ordered a cheeseburger, a spinach and...feta file and flat whites. filo: first came a chicken filo so we had to tell them it was incorrect. Once the right one came it was alright but looked like it was put in a sandwich pres... View all feedback.
A nice cafe with pretty decent coffee made from Toby's coffee beans. The service was fast and friendly. There is plenty of seating though this can fill up quite quickly during peak hours and dine in costs a bit extra.
Stopped here for a coffee and asked for a espresso, 'double? ' she said.. must not have been looking to sharp.. It is tony 's estate coffee and thus pretty easy to drink. Great for that pick me up. I also got a cute little christmas cupcake with a wreath on it. If you 're up for something more substantial, they have pre made sandwiches, or made to order as well as all day breakfasts. Staff were pretty stressed as it 's very busy at the shops but certainly nice and my order came fast.
The coffees here are quite good and the snacks are alright without standing out in any way. I recently had a filo which was OK and when I’ve had breakfast the presentation and standard of preparation feel a little ordinary. Staff are usually friendly. There’s a good amount of seating.
