Was Abagail Harvey at Caffe Cherry Beans a mag?
Family with kids looking for a quick dinner near world square accommodation. While outside the traffic passes by, inside the cafe is cosy and casual. Friendly quick ordering at the counter and our drinks and meals were on the table within 15 minutes. The burgers were very tasty and fresh and come with very good crunchy chips. Many options for fussy kids. We didn't get to try their coffee but the cafe seemed to have m... View all feedback.
What Abagail Harvey dislikes about Caffe Cherry Beans:
Went here a year ago and the service was awful but we thought we'd give it another go. Food was good but overpriced and the service was abominable. Had to remind them after 20 minutes as we only went in for cake and coffee and they still hadn't served us but the staff were busy playing soccer with a cardboard ball next to the pizza area. Unbelievable!! Won't ever be going back 2/2 poor service times. View all feedback.
I went with a friend and had the eggs Benedict while she had the fruit toast - both were incredibly tasty and reasonably priced ($14 for the eggs with bacon). Ended up grabbing a hot chocolate later in the day - would definitely recommend! Delicious and made with Belgian chocolate. :)
The coffee was nice, but I ordered an icy latte and it was served in a disposable plastic cup. I noticed that others also drink from plastic cups. bad for the environment and sticky. from my list
Despite the very beautiful pictures, the breakfast was a surprisingly disappointing experience. the coffee was good, the caffe sweet
We enjoyed a lunch at this restaurant, which was conveniently located near our hotel. I ordered the chicken avocado melt with delicious fries, while my husband had the fish and chips, which he also enjoyed. The ketchup was not Heinz and not the best. The chairs were a bit wobbly, but the overall ambiance of the place was charming. We placed our orders at the counter, but the food was brought to our table.
After being disappointed by the lack of customer service at Macchiato across the street, we were warmly welcomed by the staff at Cherry Beans. The drinks were served hot, perfect for the cool morning. They had high chairs available and a breakfast menu with a few options. We ordered the eggs Benedict and the Alex's breakfast, and the staff happily accommodated our request to swap the poached egg for scrambled eggs. The atmosphere was pleasant, though some of the round tables were a bit small. However, there was ample seating. Overall, it felt like enjoying a delicious home-cooked meal.
