Armani - Sydney
Armani
Description
Shisha Square, once celebrated for its vibrant atmosphere and high-quality Middle Eastern cuisine, now faces mounting criticism from patrons. While some diners highlight excellent service and impressive cleanliness, many report significant declines in food quality, with dishes described as overpriced and poorly prepared. Long waits for orders, unwelcoming staff, and questionable management practices, including unexpected surcharges, contribute to a growing list of dissatisfied customers. Although a few items like shawarma and lemon-mint drinks receive praise, the overall sentiment suggests this restaurant struggles to maintain its once-stellar reputation. It appears that Shisha Square still has work to do to reclaim its status.
Feedback
I recently dined at a five-star Syrian restaurant where everything was thoughtfully chosen. As visitors from Melbourne, we had high expectations and Armani was at the top of our list to experience luxury. The service was impeccable, the food was delicious (especially the shawarma and cocktails), and the atmosphere made us feel like we were dining in Damascus. The kitchen was spotless and well-organized, giving off a five-star hotel vibe. The chef was impeccably dressed, and all of these details left me thoroughly impressed.
Shisha Square is a sophisticated restaurant with delicious food! The chicken shawarma and lemon and mint lime are a must-try. It is my favorite place in Parramatta.
This restaurant provided a phenomenal experience. The service was excellent, with exemplary cleanliness evident throughout the establishment, especially in the dining areas. All staff members were quick and respectful, and the food and desserts, prepared by the well-dressed chefs, were generous and delicious. A very professional establishment that comes highly recommended!
Great food, great staff, good service. Too bad to see that the seating area is done in the free of the construction. the food prices are here on the premium page and I cannot see myself justifying. the shisha is well done and worth it.
The service was good. The shisha was also good. Other than that I didn't like the experience. No one liked the food, the chicken was undercooked and the meat was too fatty, I am comparing it with restaurants in the same genre of middle eastern cuisine. The entertainment was also a bit weird, was not a fan of the live performer who was playing there. The thing that really made me dislike my experience, was how much over priced it was. This is one of the few bad reviews I made, but it just hit a nerve.
