I picked up a pizza on my way home and later discovered that I had received the wrong order. I called the restaurant, and they allowed us to keep the incorrect order while promptly preparing a fresh pizza that matched what we originally ordered. My husband's pizza was overcooked, and my pasta dish, which was supposed to come with Alfredo sauce, barely had enough to coat the undercooked pasta. This was unacceptable, especially considering the price. We decided to return our food and get a refund. View all feedback.
