My wife and I, both cyclists, went to Belles for an early morning coffee. The owner instructed us to move our expensive bikes from the patio to the lower parking lot without providing a reason. When we explained that our bikes were valuable, she dismissed our concerns by stating that they would not be stolen at that time in the morning.
