There was a slight glitch with the website but CC contacted me promptly and handled the issue right away. Made to order cake from scratch vs rush shipped from California? *WARNING* WORST BAKERY EVER!!! Ordered the Mom 's Four Layer Coconut Cake and I can say it was the worst cake I had ever eaten. Called to request they come and get their cake and for a refund. WAS told that I am used to processed foods, not made from scratch that 's why I didn 't like it. The description says it is light but it was so dense. $44 bill I was to get back 1/2, I rec 'd $16. Overall, bad customer service and equally bad product.
