Stopped by for a take away iced latte $4) on a warm winters day. To start with, all staff I interacted with in my short few minutes were extremely friendly without any false forced chitchat. The latte, while small for a regular size, packed a strong coffee flavour. I added a tiny bit of sweetener myself as I have a sweet tooth) and after that it was perfect to my taste. The cakes in the display all looked delicious so I will definitely be back to try them!

Bacon, chicken avocado wraps are very very salty but coffee is great. A nice cafe open when you want a cafe to be open. Great atmosphere inside out.

My favourite cafe in Perth. Great coffee and always consistent. Lovely informed staff that are like theatre to watch when they are busy.

We were having trouble finding a non-dessert-based place in Subi that was actually open at 3pm on a Sunday, so we were happy to see Brew-Ha still serving. Most of the food options had gone, but that was understandable. I tried a salmon bagel, and it was quite nice and reasonably priced. My partner had the fruit and nut toast, and his opinion of that was: 'I think the last place I had fruit toast was at Odyssea, and this toast kicks that toast in the nuts. I think I paid less for this toast too. ' So a glowing endorsement there. The coffee was nice. There were also granitas for $4.20, which you don 't often see in cafes. A warning if you sit in the leather chairs: you will sink more than you expect to. They 're comfy, though, you just end up a little further away from your dining companion. I also liked that there were a decent amount of recent papers and magazines to peruse. You do have to wait at the counter for your coffee, and then they bring the food to your table.
