(Visited on 8/10/23) Hello! I stopped by DQ to grab some food from the drive-thru. When I arrived, an employee greeted me with a very rude tone, saying, “Helloo? Welcome to DQ, what can I get you?” I tried to overlook it, but when I placed my order multiple times, she got it wrong each time. After I pointed out the mistakes, I moved up to the window where they still didn’t get it right, even after I showed them pictures of what I wanted. I’ve been a loyal customer at this DQ for a long time and have never encountered issues like this before. This experience was quite disappointing, but I might consider coming back if they resolve these problems. Overall, I give this visit 1 star, although I’ve given many 5-star ratings in the past.
