Dairy Queen Grill Chill - St. Louis

(Visited on 8/10/23) Hello! I stopped by DQ to grab some food from the drive-thru. When I arrived, an employee greeted me with a very rude tone, saying, “Helloo? Welcome to DQ, what can I get you?” I tried to overlook it, but when I placed my order multiple times, she got it wrong each time. After I pointed out the mistakes, I moved up to the window where they still didn’t get it right, even after I showed them pictures of what I wanted. I’ve been a loyal customer at this DQ for a long time and have never encountered issues like this before. This experience was quite disappointing, but I might consider coming back if they resolve these problems. Overall, I give this visit 1 star, although I’ve given many 5-star ratings in the past. Thank you.

We had dinner with our family today, and it was an exceptional experience. The staff was friendly, hardworking, and incredibly kind to us. Our food was served quickly and with great care. I can honestly say this was the best customer service I've received in years. Amir took our orders and was both kind and positive. The manager of this location was also fantastic; he came by to greet us and everyone else dining, always with a smile, asking if we needed anything. The restaurant was spotless, and the food was amazing and served quickly. If I could give this location 10 stars, I would. It's wonderful to witness such excellent customer service, characterized by positivity, hard work, and respect from people who truly represent the company at its best.

I can't praise the employees enough! Julissa is incredibly kind and truly has a wonderful heart. She absolutely deserves a raise for her exceptional service. Food: 5 stars, Service: 5 stars, Atmosphere: 5 stars.

Waited over 30 minutes and was ignored by management. Manager belittled kid teenage workers when he should be taking responsibility for his actions. They also left it out too long and forgot about it. Food order was not the full amount and didn’t offer refund. I will not be going back!! Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner
