Waited over 30 minutes and was ignored by management. Manager belittled kid teenage workers when he should be taking responsibility for his actions. They also left it out too long and forgot about it. Food order was not the full amount and didn’t offer refund. I will not be going back!! Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner

Order was not the correct order at the drive thru and I did not have time to return to get a refund or an exchange for what I ordered. No other customers there to confuse my order with. Food went in the trash and was wasted, I’m out $14. Go across the street to Lions Choice, they get simple orders correct. Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20

This is the cleanest fast food place every time I come in they are clean. love that!! Also these people are the nicest you won’t have a bad time coming here Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This is the 3rd time I've gone here to get a blizzard. No I have to admit I'm completely hooked on their New York cheesecake Royal blizzard and everywhere else does it fine but this place I order extra cheesecake pieces and they put a little bit on the top and it's always just vanilla soft serve on the bottom with absolutely no other toppings every single time I just don't understand why they can't just give me what I paid for

Was in the drive through today and sat almost 10 minutes the lady in front of me put her car in park because of how long it was taking to get her order taken. I also put my car in park because it was taking so long. We ordered two blizzards when he handed them out they were like a runny milk shake. I literally used a straw it was that runny. Your stuck in line with no way out otherwise I would of left. They are over priced and no customer service. I won't be back rather go to one in south county. Also if your short staffedCLOSE the dining room so you have enough people running drive through.
