After this incident, another member of our group attempted to clarify what had happened, but the owner dismissed her and told her to leave without giving her a chance to speak. This person was not involved in the original misunderstanding at all. The owner’s rudeness and her yelling at someone unrelated to the situation were completely unacceptable.
