After this incident, another member of our group attempted to clarify what had happened, but the owner dismissed her and told her to leave without giving her a chance to speak. This person was not involved in the original misunderstanding at all. The owner’s rudeness and her yelling at someone unrelated to the situation were completely unacceptable. As a longtime member of this community, I am deeply disappointed. The owner’s behavior has caused me to lose all the respect I once had for her. It would have been more appropriate for her to handle the situation with some dignity and respect, just as we have always shown her and her establishment.
