The chicken at KFC St Clair, has always been great, hot and fresh.However you will have to wait.Don't make the mistake of going inside to order, always use the drive through. I am so wary of going to this KFC. I have emailed feedback on the form and never head anything back. There is always a long wait and the staff seem too busy being social with each other to concentrate on getting your order right. Even the managers don't seem to care. How does KFC run out of chicken? This would have to be the worst KFC around if they haven't run out of chicken one of their machines isn't working.
I am so wary of going to this KFC. I have emailed feedback on the form and never head anything back. There is always a long wait and the staff seem too busy being social with each other to concentrate on getting your order right. Even the managers don't seem to care. I could give so many examples of where they get it wrong but I don't think it would do any good as staff and management here don't care about customer feedback. They put the wrong food in your bag, don't give you less than what you pay for, serve cold food, always cold chips! and are usually indifferent to the fact that customers work hard fortheir money too. Go to a different KFC or get something else.

KFC is not cheap either.
The staff is friendly and the restaurant is clean, but I think the prices are a bit high for what you get. KFC tends to divide opinions; people either love it or hate it. Personally, I'm not a big fan, but my kids really enjoy it!
