I went in very uncertain that they knew how to treat my food, but I started searching through their menu and was happy to see gluten-free markers from the products that were naturally gluten-free. They make all foods from scratch and know exactly what is in it and can make modifications for some. They have dedicated frits to gluten-free stuff. Not celiac friendly. Currently does not have a dedicated gluten-free deep frit. The contractor reported that they use the same surfaces and surfaces for all foods and that there is no way to control cross-contamination.
