The food at Subway was delicious, but the service left much to be desired. We didn't receive any napkins, and when we asked for some, there was no one available to assist us. Additionally, there was an unsettling staff member named Reece who was extremely rude and gave off an uncomfortable vibe while taking orders.
I don’t dine out frequently, but I decided to pop into Subway since it was close by. In today’s world, I feel it’s important to highlight the positive experiences I have. I want to commend your employee, Marcus, who was on shift on August 1, 2022, at 8:50 PM. He truly brightened my day with his cheerful demeanor and obvious pride in his work. Thank you, Marcus! Subway, please ensure he knows how much he is valued!
Reese and his coworker were prompt and incredibly friendly! The restaurant appeared clean and lively after the remodel. Although the quality of the vegetables can occasionally fluctuate, I genuinely enjoy the food overall.
After spending over $20 on two sandwiches, one of which was meant to be toasted, I got home only to discover it wasn’t toasted at all. The bread was stale and tasted awful. I empathize with the employee who was working alone—he was nice—but the food quality was the main problem. My family and I typically eat at Subway three times a week or more, but after this experience, I will NEVER return to any Subway location. They’ve stopped offering flavored wraps, which I understand if they’re not popular anymore, but I would much rather go somewhere that guarantees good food, and if something is supposed to be toasted, it should actually be toasted. This was a complete waste of money. I plan to share my experience on social media to warn others not to spend their money here, especially at this location or any Subway, for that matter. As a dissatisfied customer, I felt it was important to voice my concerns.
Best subway there is!! Every time I go to a subway the always give me attitude or mess something up. This guy listened to the order and was super sweet! My sandwich tastes so good!! 11/10
