A recent visit to the restaurant revealed mixed experiences among patrons. While some enjoyed the tasty chicken and prompt service, others faced issues with incorrect orders and a lack of items. Complaints about the food's quality, particularly greasy chicken and slow wait times, were noted. However, the friendly staff and easy access via public transport contributed positively to the overall experience. Customers appreciated the pleasant ambiance with soft music, creating a relaxed dining atmosphere. Despite some drawbacks, many expressed loyalty and fondness for the restaurant, eager to return for good food.
The food was good, but the staff messed up my order and the prices were quite outrageous.
The chicken had an unusual odor and tasted greasy, as if it had been cooked in old oil. It wasn't fried at a high enough temperature to remove the excess fat. I ultimately decided to throw it away.
The chicken was excellent, but the prices are outrageous. They've doubled their costs, and it's simply not worth the money. An 8-piece bucket of chicken was $36—are they out of their minds? I wouldn't recommend this place when there are other options with great chicken at much better prices.
Tye chicken seemed to have sat in grease all day, or they re cooked it to many times. When I grabbed my food there was atleast 6 ounce of grease leaking out of the bucked. If they can cook the chicken right I will change the stars. They were super nice tho.
After ordering, I again asked them to repeat my order at the drive-thru window. They had the order wrong and said they would correct it. Got the order and it was wrong again, in a complete 3rd option way. Just wrong. Younger people working there but Idon't think they're listening or absorbing the information that they hear. The chicken wasn't very good, either. I don't likeleaving reviews like this. I like KFC. But how else will things change if we don't say something? They didn't give a receipt,either or I would have called them about it. (My fault for not checking that)
