My sister visited KFC around noon today and had a very disappointing experience with the drive-thru attendant. She ordered three pieces of chicken and was told the total was $27.00. When she asked for an explanation of the price, the cashier responded dismissively, saying she hadn’t mentioned the cost beforehand. Additionally, my sister didn’t receive the honey and butter she requested, and her drink was almost spilled because the employee didn’t secure the lid properly. This experience has made her reconsider her loyalty to the restaurant, as she usually goes at least twice a week. She finds this treatment completely unacceptable. It’s essential to hire staff who are dedicated to their roles and prioritize respectful customer service.
I've consistently had a positive experience at this restaurant. The food is tasty, and problems are few and far between. There was only one occasion when my order was incorrect, but I understood since a windstorm had caused a power outage. Once the power was restored, the place got quite busy. On the whole, I typically receive excellent service and enjoy delicious food here.
