Fun place! We had a great experience and I?ve felt a very childhood nostalgic feeling upon entering this place. Great food as well.
Absolutely the best pizza ever, and the kids have plenty of game choices. Not bad deals for food and game play times. Staff is very friendly and quick to solve problems of games not working or play time lost of games not working. They even take ripped tickets and add them to total tickets on paper. Very good selection of food and drinks also.
I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. When we arrived, there was no staff to be found. Eventually, someone came out from the back. My client, who has a mental disability, saves all year to celebrate his birthday here. Unfortunately, he has a broken foot, so we decided to pause his play card while he went to the restroom. However, after just five minutes of play, the food arrived, and when we tried to pause the card again, we were told we could only pause it once. This meant he got only 11 minutes of playtime, and the staff was quite rude about it, leaving him feeling like his money was wasted. I even suggested they put up a sign to inform customers about the pause policy! To make matters worse, they were working on the windows, which made it quite cold inside. Before the renovations, we never had any issues, but now the prices have gone up while the customer service has noticeably declined. I would recommend spending a little extra and going to Scene 75 instead.
