I ordered unsweetened tea but rece... read more The server was friendly, but unfortunately, there were several mix-ups with our order, and the food itself was disappointing. I ordered unsweetened tea but received sweetened instead. I asked for fried shrimp, substituting fries with broccoli, yet when my plate arrived, it had only two small pieces of broccoli and a heaping portion of fries. We also ordered the 3 Cheese Chicken Penne, which came drenched in Alfredo sauce. Had I known this, I would have requested the sauce on the side. Even my niece, who usually enjoys Alfredo, found it overwhelming and said she wouldn't return. I was taken aback by the bill; given the price, I definitely won't be rushing back or recommending it to friends. I felt really let down, especially because we don’t eat out often, and this was a place we hadn't visited in quite some time.

The food was enjoyable, though some dishes could have used a bit more salt. Overall, it was a pleasurable experience.

We celeb... read more At Applebee's Neighborhood Grill, I tried the Bourbon Swiss and Mushroom Burger with fries, while my wife opted for the Shrimp Alfredo from their menu. We celebrated our birthdays with this lunch and were pleasantly surprised by a complimentary dessert. When I asked about a military discount, only my meal received the discount. Overall, both dishes were flavorful, although my wife mentioned her noodles were undercooked and there was an excessive amount of broccoli. On the other hand, I thoroughly enjoyed my burger.

She completely changed our visit for the better compared to previous times. Megan carefully confirmed that my burger patties were vegetarian and handled all guests' requests quickly and efficiently. The food came out hot and fresh, and I absolutely loved the Impossible Quesadilla Burger—it was an incredible combination. Despite multiple large parties and take-out orders arriving near closing, she stayed calm and friendly under pressure. After a long day of traveling, if we’re ever back in Springfield, we’ll definitely return thanks to the amazing service Megan provided!
