Third time I’ve had an issue with Starbucks in a month. At three different stores. I just wanted a refill for my ice coffee and all of them had issues with that. Said nope we don’t give refills. And the best I get in response from their 1800 number is “I’m sorry for the inconvenience”. At this point I say don’t waste your money there. They clearly don’t care View all feedback.
