Third time I’ve had an issue with Starbucks in a month. At three different stores. I just wanted a refill for my ice coffee and all of them had issues with that. Said nope we don’t give refills. And the best I get in response from their 1800 number is “I’m sorry for the inconvenience”. At this point I say don’t waste your money there. They clearly don’t care View all feedback.

The worst Starbuck I've ever been too in the drive thru for 15 mins for them to get my order all wrong!!! Won't stop by here again!
Gave me a gross earl grey tea that wasn't made properly. The quality was also very suspicious. It was mixed with some type of coffee I didn't ask for.
