The lobby at this particular McDonald's has been closed for quite some time, supposedly because of a lack of staff. However, they still have plenty of employees working there. My suspicion is that it may have something to do with keeping homeless individuals away. Either way, the lobby is not accessible and customers are required to either have a car or use the app to receive service from this McDonald's. View all feedback.
