Mcdonald's - Spokane

I have left mcdonald’s because the menu is not easy to read and it lists only the combo prices and not the individual prices. if they are on a budget, they must be able to see the prices to know what they can afford. also the gale at the passage was rude. she has to learn how to say politely and sounds very rude. I've gone to mcdonald's for many years, but the changes they have made are not appealing to older people. they take a lot about their customers. so sad.

Food is always great here but I think there is something off with the soda machine. It always tastes off consistently after having tried different types of drinks. Would be my go to for fountain drinks if the machine got fixed and authentic flavor restored!

It was interesting wasn't even in line At the drive thru when some crazy tweaked out B * pulls up behind us and Instantly start cursing at us telling My driver and I to hurry the F up and if we don't, she is going to stab us in the face And that she don't play and to see what happens if we keep effing with her( I was severely surprised surprised and appalled at the way this female was talking to 2 men in that disgusting tone And Using Execution Worthy Grammar, women like that like that need to be Dragged through the streets As an example And warning to all other women That is not OK to act like that out in public or anywhere for that matter. my only question is where was her husband and and why was she out of the house by herself? I know That's not McDonald's fault but they still took her order they should have better judgment of who they choose to serve and don't serve that's all I'm saying) Food was great tho But don't like all the tweakers in the area would recommend to my grandma And everyone else But also Would advise Everyone visiting this McDonald's to stay in their car

I was able to get in and out quickly but the milkshake tasted like they used dirty equipment and the doors were locked at 7 when BUISINESS said it was open till 11 which could just be the difference between lobby and drive-thru hours. My girlfriend forgot her soda in the lobby when the doors were locked and the lady noticed within 10 minutes the soda was left behind and walked out to hand it to us. Average experience this time but you probably will get better luck I didn't feel like I had a necessarily bad or good experience here just average food going.

I never have problems at this McDonald's. For the first time I used an app code and paid with cash. I very much like the McDonald's app. The person at the takeout window was super super helpful. And they forgot to give one of my kids their chocolate milk and she was super quick to make it right. Good job guys. Thank you for your hard work we appreciate you.
