We enjoyed our first hike of split with mijo, so booked on this vegan food tour, hoping to deepen our gastronomic knowledge of the city. And what a wonderful experience it was as a enlightening formation of the veggie food scene of split, mixed with Croatian history and culture. our group consisted of a vegetarian and three flexitaries; as California residents, I was curious not only to see the availability of vegan food choices, but also the consuming presence of the health food culture I know and love. it felt like a meeting of the old and new culinary generations, and mijo painted a picture of how split both embraces in equal dimensions. go with an open mind and a comfortable couple of shoes, and if possible, make sure that it will be in split at the early end of their time so that they can benefit from all the knowledge acquired and insider tips.

Vegan food tour with mijo was great and consisted of 4 tasting places that we usually tried local authentic plant-based gastronomy, and it was all packed in fun and interesting story counting with beautiful taste and great local culture. absolutely praise it for big tour and insider stories and tips to survive as a vegan in croatia!
Mijo is extremely knowledgeable of Split vegan food, culture, history and surroundings. It was a delight to be with him and share our personal vegan stories. The 4 eateries and food he introduced to us was excellent. Come hungry!
Mijo was a great host, really friendly, and showed us some great eateries, including things not on the normal menu. Would strongly recommend for any vegetarian or vegan going to Split.
