And what a wonderful experience it was as a enlightening formation of the veggie food scene of split, mixed with Croatian history and culture. our group consisted of a vegetarian and three flexitaries; as California residents, I was curious not only to see the availability of vegan food choices, but also the consuming presence of the health food culture I know and love. it felt like a meeting of the old and new culinary generations, and mijo painted a picture of how split both embraces in equal dimensions. go with an open mind and a comfortable couple of shoes, and if possible, make sure that it will be in split at the early end of their time so that they can benefit from all the knowledge acquired and insider tips.
