Friendly staff, clean and well stocked store. The parking lot is big and clean. There are a few other shops that share the parking lot, Rite Aid, Domino's, Dollar tree, one of those quick stop hair salons for cuts. View all feedback.
What Todd Davis dislikes about Fred Meyer:
It's nice having one somewhat close to me but the prices they are charging is ridiculous. Even sale prices are higher than Walmart or WinCo. If you want to keep us as customers, try and be competitive to stores that are close. View all feedback.
I attempted to get assistance with a coupon both at the register and at customer service. Unfortunately, Lorie from Customer Service didn't handle the transaction properly. When I inquired if a manager might have more information, Lorie insisted, "No one would know better than me." Neither Karoline, who I initially checked out with, nor Lorie offered to call a manager to try and resolve the issue, even after I requested it.
The customer service could use some improvement, but the location is very convenient.
If you're thinking about purchasing produce from this location, I strongly suggest you think twice. It might be better to buy from a homeless person instead. I bought a bag of Brussels sprouts yesterday, and it was completely filled with mold. It's one thing for a few pieces to be spoiled, but this was mold throughout the entire bag. Absolutely disgusting. Please improve your standards.
What a nice store! Of course large parking lot, seasonal plants and wreaths, floral department, lots of produce and canned goods and plenty of self check plus regular check out stations. Love it!
I love this Fred Meyer. Quality produce and fair prices imo (considering my other option is Walmart grocery). I usually do grocery pick-up and the ladies that bring me my groceries are always the sweetest, and they remember me every time.
